Modern 3 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a historic building in a very quiet area in the center of Milan, just a short walk away from the Duomo metro stations (MM1 - red / MM3 - yellow) and Missori (MM3 - yellow).

This apartment of about 150 sq. mt., was remodeled in the summer of 2017 and has parquet flooring and air conditioning throughout.
Entering the large living area, there is a nice view of the inner courtyard and is complete with 2 sofas, a TV corner, a desk, and a bookcase.
Next comes the dining area, equipped with a table for 6 guests, leading to the separate kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, and induction burners.
Adjacent we find the first bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
Through a corridor you can reach the sleeping area with a first bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with abat-jour, a set of drawers and the first bathroom, complete with toilet and a large shower.
Next comes the second bedroom with 2 joinable single beds, bedside tables, abat-jour, and a 3-door closet, complete with en-suite bathroom with toilet and large shower enclosure.
Finally there is the master bedroom, furnished with 2 joinable twin beds, a large closet and a very large en-suite bathroom with toilet and a comfortable bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with wi-fi internet connection.
