The apartment is located in a well-preserved building of the 70’s, featuring a nice façade of white bricks. Perfectly matching the architectural style of the neighbourhood, it is composed of 8 floors (14 apartments on the whole) and benefits from a fantastic position in one of the best residential areas of Brussels’ European District.

The flat opens onto the spacious, extremely bright living room, which comes with an open plan kitchen. The day area, completely fitted with parquet, is furnished with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a flat screen TV with DVD player, WiFi internet connection and CD player.
From the living room you enter the small terrace, fitted with a small table and two chairs, and overlooking the courtyard of the building. From here you have a glimpse of the European Commission and the EU Parliament.
The living area and the kitchen, which comes equipped with electric hobs and extractor fan, water kettle, electric oven, toaster, blender, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cutlery and crockery for 4 people, are separated by a dining table for up to 4 people.

The night area, separated from the living room and fitted with parquet flooring, offers a master bedroom, featuring a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a capacious wardrobe, a chest of drawer, two nightstands and a big window with white, blackout curtains.
The master bathroom is equipped with basin, tub with shower curtain and washing machine. The guest toilet is accessed from the living area.

The guests will surely enjoy the quietness and the abundance of natural light, which are guaranteed by the fact that the apartment faces onto the building’s courtyard.

Subway line no. 5 - stop Petillon - is also moments from the apartment, taking in 3 stops to Place Schuman (home to the EU Commission and the European Council) and in 7 stops to the Gare Centrale and the city centre.
