Renovated and refurbished with care and attention to detail in 2007, this 60 sq,mt apartment offers an elegant and sunny environment in a house where every inch has been designed to be stylish yet functional. The front door opens up onto a corridor which leads, to its left, to a built-in kitchen along the wall, fully equipped and complete with all necessities including a dishwasher, both a regular and microwave oven, and a toaster and coffee machine. Facing the front door is an opening which leads into the living area, where one encounters first the dining corner, with a table for 6 along the wall which separates it from the kitchen, and then the actual sitting area, complete with a decorative fire-place, a large couch and armchair facing a coffee table, and a TV corner. A lovely chandelier and a French window leading out onto a quaint little balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs, provide ambience and plenty of light to the room.
The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms, the first of which, closer to the entrance between the front door and the kitchen, being the master bedroom, a lovely room with a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in closet and cabinets, with a view of the quiet inner courtyard from its window. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, which may be joined into a double or kept separate as preferred, and has a delightful and convenient wash corner built into it, complete with wash basin and stall shower. The main bathroom, at the end of the hall to the right of the entrance, is fitted with a designer sink and a bathtub with overhead shower, and is complete with a large utility closet. The WC, as in most French houses, is separate and next to the main bathroom.
Due to the low railing on the balcony, toddlers and children under 10 are not allowed in the house for safety reasons.

The apartment is located in the 5ème arrondissement, close to the marvellous Jardins du Luxembourg, the Sorbonne, and the Pantheon.
On the same street, and in the parallel Bouvelard Saint-Michel, are stores, boutiques and restaurants of all sorts, including book stores.
The bakery and pharmacy are right next door, and a delicious delicatessen specialised in Italian food is one door down.

Closest metro: Luxembourg (line B of the RER), within 5 minutes’ walking distance.
There are also several buses in the adjacent street: lines 21, 27, 38 e 42.
