Piazza Bologna is also the focal point for university students. Protagonists are therefore young people aged 18 years and over who, together with residents and the many foreign students, meet in places and share moments of leisure, culture, artistic stimulation, intercultural exchange.
The green park located in the middle of the square with its benches and a small bar with tables and chairs encourages the presence of the elderly, mothers with children who can play freely and nannies, or those who bring the dog out for a walk.

The apartment is located a short distance from the historic centre of Rome and enjoys a very good position to reach the Policlinico Umberto Primo, one of the main hospitals in Rome, the George Eastman dental hospital, the Institute of Health and the university ' La Sapienza' and the Institute 'Torre di Babele' (7-minute walk).
