Wonderful and recently renovated two-bedroom apartment with frescoed ceiling a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna.

The apartment is located in the Rione Campo Marzio, central neighbourhood near Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso and places of culture, art and history. This spacious 120 sqm apartment located on the first floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, terrace and balcony.

Entering the house, a hallway leads to the sleeping area; to the left, the first bedroom furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two splendid ancient pews used as bedside tables and a antique wooden chair. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with a sliding door and a bathroom en suite with a shower cabin. On the right hand side of the hallway, the second bedroom with a loft (height 1,50). The loft is furnished with two single beds and a bedside table. The room has a wallcloset, a desk and a pouf that can open into a single bed. The second bathroom is beautiful and spacious with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is very spacious and furnished with a sofa, TV and a table with four chairs and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery for eight people. You can access a small terrace which faces onto an internal courtyard and balcony from the kitchen. The living area consists of a dining room and living room. The dining room has an antique wooden table with four chairs and two large bookshelves, and it is unique, thanks to the incredibly awesome original afrescoe of the XVII's which covers the whole ceiling and the ajacent walls. This living room is also furnished with two sofas, a sofa bed and an antique desk.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for hot and cold air.

Via della Passeggiata di Ripetta is a tree-lined street that runs parallel to Via di Ripetta, which is an integral part the Trident and the Tiber. The apartment is within walking distance of some of the most beautiful and important squares of Rome; Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Nicosia. Piazza del Popolo is one of the most famous squares of Rome located at the foot of the Pincio with its two twin religious buildings, on the lefthand side, Santa Maria in Montesanto; righthand side, Santa Maria dei Miracoli. Other churches to visit include Santa Maria del Popolo,Trinita dei Monti, St. Joseph and Ursula (deconsecrated) and Blessed Sacrament of San Lorenzo in Lucina (deconsecrated). There are plenty of historical buildings like Palazzo Borghese, Palazzo Firenze, Palazzo Ruspoli, Palazzo Gabrielli-Mignanelli and Palazzo Nainer.
For moments of relaxation, it is worth a visit to the Pincio, the Villa Medici and Casina Valadier. Historic monuments are the Ara Pacis and the Mausoleum of Augustus. Via dei Condotti is one of the most elegant streets of Rome where you will find home of all the largest and most important Fashion Maisons. It starts from Via del Corso and ends on Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps. Via del Corso is instead another important shopping street and also more varied where you can also find the stores of the most famous low-cost chains. There is no shortage of places to eat in this wonderful neighbourhood; Cafeteria Canova Tadolini (Via del Babuino), Trattoria Al Moro (Vicolo delle Bollette), Dal Bolognese (Piazza del Popolo) and Gusto (Piazza Augusto Imperatore).
