Elegant two-bedroom apartment in an historic building in the heart of the historical centre of Rome, just five minutes away from Piazza Barberini and Via Veneto. It has been recently renovated, and it is perfect for a short or medium-long stay for work, study or pleasure.
The metro A (stop: Barberini) is 220 metres away and Termini Central station is only a 14-minute walk away.

This 150 sqm apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The apartment opens onto a large hallway furnished with a consolle; to the left of this hallway is a first bathroom with shower cabin. The living room with kitchenette is to the right of the hallway. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (145cm x 190cm), an armchair, a sideboard, a TV set, a coffee table and a bookcase.
The fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher is also equipped with a table for 6 people

The sleeping area is separated from the living area and is located at the end of the hallway. The bedrooms are two, both furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables, television and a walk-in closet. The bedroom on the left of the hallway is also furnished with a couch and the bedroom on the right side has an armchair. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin.

The apartment is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and features a central air conditioning system for hot and cold air and double glazed windows.

Via del Basilico is located in the Trevi neighbourhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, which is named after the three mouths of the aqueduct of the Aquatic Virgin of the trivium, built by the son-in-law of Ottaviano Augusto, Agrippa, in 19 BC, a confluence of 3 streets that are in the centre of the neighbourhood, the current Via Poli, Via dei Crociferi and Via San Vincenzo, and which, however, flow to the square of the Trevi Fountain. The Trevi neighbourhood is bordered by Via Ventiquattro Maggio, Via del Quirinale, Via Venti Settembre, Piazza San Bernardo, via di Santa Susanna, via San Nicola da Tolentino, via di San Basilio, piazza Barberini, via del Tritone, via del Corso.
