Lovely studio apartment of 30dq.m, entirely renovated in 2009 and elegantly furnished with custom-made furnishings and Italian flair and design. Perfect for both corporate strays and a romantic getaway, this studio offers a lovely main room which is ingeniously designed to create a perfect ambience during the day, and turn into a bedroom at night.
This main room, with two large windows from which you can admire the Eiffel Tower, has a large custom-made closet covering an entire wall, and a central fire place which adds warmth and atmosphere, in true Parisian style. On one side is the kitchen corner, also custom-built and fully equipped with all necessary cookware and appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave. On the other side is the living area, with a table for 4 – ideal for dining or working on – and a large, comfortable black leather couch (2 m long, and a possible bed for a third guest if a child under 12 years of age) placed right in front of the fireplace and TV stand. To the left of the couch are the two large windows, enabling plenty of natural sunlight to pour in during the day, whilst to the right is the designer closet, which in all actuality hides a comfortable pull-down double bed (160cm) for the night, as well as providing wardrobe space for personal belongings. The bathroom, modern and spacious and complete with two windows, is towards the entrance, and fitted with a large stall shower, a washbasin, a bidet and the toilet.

The area: the apartment is in the 7th district, in an elegant neighborhood in proximity of the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero, and various museums, restaurants and boutiques. The area is close to the Champs de Mars, a lovely garden about 1 Km long and 220 m wide, which boasts beautiful flowerbeds, arches, cascades, a pond and large promenades.
For golf lovers the Golf du Paris Country Club is at 6,9Km from the house.

The closest Metro is Ecole Militaire (line 8), whilst the closest bus stops are:
-line 42 for Gare DU NORD, via Champs Elysees, Concorde and Opera
-line 69 for Gambetta, via Les Invalides, Musée D'Orsay, Louvre, Hotel De Ville, Bastille
