This marvellous one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house built in the garden of a XIX-century palace at a few meters from Plaza Colón - Madrid’s business and commercial centre - subway stop Colón (line 4) and railways station Recoletos.
Beautifully decorated and with parquet floors, the apartment is arranged in a peculiar fashion: it opens onto an extremely sunny sleeping area, with a double bed and a trunk at its feet, a large dresser and a chest of drawers; thick curtains separate the bedroom from the living room, which has been obtained in the verandah and features a couple of sofas with side tables and a round dining table with two black chairs. The fully fitted kitchen is to be found in a niche off the sleeping area, separated by sliding doors. A second door leads to the marble bathroom with custom-made shower, washbasin and toilet. The guests can ask for an extra bed.
