Cozy one bedroom 55 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor of an historic building of the '20s in the Salario neighbourhood just a few minutes away from Porta Pia, Villa Borghese and the covered market in Piazza Alessandria. The metro B (Castro Pretorio station) is within walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The special feature of this apartment is that it has a railing, which makes it a a type of housing where more apartments share the same balcony or terrace. This balcony or terrace provides the access to the individual units.

Entering the house you will find the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, table with 4 chairs, an armchair and a desk and chair.
