This spacious two-bedroom apartment for 4 people is located on Manhattan island, in New York city center, bewteen the Garment District - where you can immerse yourself into the stylish atmosphere of the Big Apple - Broadway theatres and Midtown, the city’s main commercial and financial borough. The area is packed with restarurants, cafes and clubs of each and every kind, while some of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, thus making your stay in New York a unique experience: Times Square is only at 700 mt, Madison Square at 900 mt so as the Rockfeller Center.
The apartment, recently renovated and refurbished, is located on the eigth floor of a residential building with 24h/24 doorman and consists of a bright day area with large windows allowing the light to break into the room, which features a dining table for 4, flat Tv screen and an additional queen size sofa bed to accommodate two more people. The kitchen corner, separated from the day area by a partial wall with marble countertops, is equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator) and offers the guests a perfect space to cook for themselves and the rest of the family. The night area comprises two bedrooms, the first one featuring a king size bed and the second a queen size sofa bed, but both with wardrobe and flat Tv screen. The bathroom is equipped with bath tub/shower and a large mirror.
