Rentxpress joins Windows on Europe, holding company whose Chairman is Leonardo Ferragamo

Rentxpress, founded in 2002 by Pietro Martani and soon considered market leader in short term rentals and corporate housing in select Italian cities, becomes part of the Windows on Europe Group.
This latter, aimed at satisfying customers by providing an all rounded solution in corporate housing and vacation rentals, in addition to Rentxpress owns: Halldis - property management and serviced apartment rentals in over 12 Italian cities and different European capitals (www.halldis.com); Global System - serviced office space rentals and a Business Center (www.conca.halldis.com); Gentili & Roy – prestige apartment rentals with Concierge service as alternative to hotel suites (www.gentilieroy.com); Windows on Italy – villas and luxury apartments for rent throughout Tuscany and in chosen Italian travel destinations (www.windowsonitaly.com); Phosphoro – flat-mate portal for students and young professionals (www.phosphoro.com).
The acquisition of Rentxpress by the Group, which by no means alters the Rentxpress philosophy or service, not only helps strengthen its position on the market, but, most importantly, allows for a major enhancement in customer service thanks to an increased portfolio offering and a growing team of specialised experts. The Windows on Europe Group, in fact, offers a total of over 700 serviced apartments in major Italian cities and European destinations (Milan, Florence, Rome, the Northern Lake region by Como, Bologna, Turin, Venice, Trento, Verona, Bari, Catania, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt), and around 70 villas in Tuscany and other select Italian locations. |
