i found the roman people very nice and helpful. The apartment I arranged was what the advertisement said it was .The agency was efficient ,thorough and honest.....including yourself which was very important to me.
The siteseing,access to and organisation in and around Rome was excellent.
One of the highlites...believe it or not.....was being at the tennis and watching Federer play and eventually loosing to a local.....sort of ,to me anyway ,a modern day Gladiator battle....with the local 'king'.....Totti the football player ...sitting 10 seats away....I GOT TO SEE THE PERSONALITIES OF THE LOCAL ROMANS UP CLOSE WHICH I REALLY LIKE..0The city appeared as safe as one could expect..The infrastructure seemed quite modern. For instance we went to the train station for a day trip to Cassino and even though my Italian is limited to about 5 words the attendants were very helpful...eg. putting the price and time on a calculator so i could understand and then pointing me towards the machines which by tapping the screen give you all the possibilities in english . Just the sites and colours and sounds of the city made it a really memorable trip. This is my third trip to Rome and would definitely like to come back again and would have no hesitation in using Rental Express. Thank-you once again Penelope and your organisation for helping my family and I to have a wonderful unforgettable holiday in the ....''Eternal City''...

Just to say we had a very enjoyable stay at one of your apartments in Rome (118 Viale di Porta Ardeatina). It was very conveniently located near a Metro station which allowed us to get to most of the tourist spots. The nearby train station also allowed us to catch a direct train to and from the airport which helped us avoid the hassle of going through Termini or spending extra money on a taxi.
We were expecting the apartment to be noisy due to it being situated just behind a nightclub but we were pleasantly surprised to have had no such trouble and we had a peaceful stay throughout.
We were impressed with your level of service and will definitely recommend you to others looking for good quality apartments in Italy. Please pass on our thanks and regards to Mrs Caruso and her representative (sorry to have forgotten his name) who were both friendly and helpful.

Però per quell'altro appartamento dovevo dare conferma entro sabato e, rischiando di perderlo, così ho fatto.
E' vicino a Termini e per la mia redazione e i miei viaggi è un po' più comodo. Comunque non appena capiti a Roma sei invitata a vedere il quartiere dall'alto (il bilocale è tutto finestre al settimo piano) e a una cena al Gianicolo.
Comunque grazie per la consulenza, ho visto il lavoro che fate e se mi capitano colleghi o amici senza casa te li mando.

I am sorry as well, I really wanted to stay with rentxpress, as you were very quick in maintance repairing, professional, trustworthy, and it was just such a simple arrangement. No code de fiscala limitations etc (which is a big headache for other UK engrs).
