Selected with care, they are dedicated team members and fulfil their role of final link with great attention.
• The marketing team, responsible for our image and visibility. Its members invest time and technology, guaranteeing our strong presence on the internet. Their constant work results in our being on the first page of search results on any search engine in different countries in different languages.

Our property management strategy can be sustained thanks to our regular visits to our properties for customer handling (checks in/out) or for other purposes (such as cleaning).

We are in charge of all the financial aspects (booking fees, security deposits...) the property owners receive monthly payments. We also offer utilities management.

Furthermore for complete transparency we provide our property owner's with an intranet access. It allows them to enter our operative system and verify in real time the occupation calendars for their properties and even make personal bookings.
