Merger for the Prince of Florence
Fusion with Halldis, leader in the apartment rental market for managers and tourists.
Leonardo Ferragamo, one of the members of the family behind the famous fashion brand of the same surname, has merged his real estate interests with the firm Halldis, European leader in the rental of apartments for mangers and tourists alike. They have joined to create a single holding firm, Windows on Europe, which sees Ferragamo as President with a 30% stake of the 1 million euro capital, and Pietro Martani as Managing Director with around 31% of the shares. The other partners and their respective shares in the business are Stefano Ghetti, 21%, Giancarlo Canavesio, 13% and Cristiano Esclapon, 5%. The company unites the activities of Rentxpress (online short term rentals), Global system (rental of offices and residences for managers in Italy), Halldis France and the two companies owned by Ferragamo himself, Windows on Italy and Gentili & Roy.BACK
